Refunds and Cancellations

Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund within 30 days of purchase Unless stated otherwise on the product page. All returned items must be unaltered and in saleable condition. Most refunds will require the product to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped. 

You the customer are responsible for return shipping cost and there will be a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed between 3-7 business working days after the item is received.

We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local customs.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local Customers office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. The Hype Harvest is not responsible for confiscated goods or undeliverable goods.

If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at AltovliShop@gmail.com including a photo of the damaged item, box/packaging, and we will happily replace it a no additional cost to you.
